“ A Customer Service Gem! Since I started using the SavOn Pharmacy at Albertsons on 3010 W. Ann Rd, I have had an outstanding experience. I moved to the area in the summer of 2020 and initially used Costco for my medications. Occasionally, I would visit SavOn and noticed that the team there was very friendly and attentive despite being obviously busy. One standout moment was after just a few sporadic visits when one of the team members, Ebony, greeted me by name as I walked up, without needing to look at a computer screen or see my ID. I was so impressed and honestly touched, as that type of customer service is rare. Despite using my previous pharmacy for far longer, they never greeted me by name. They were friendly, but it lacked that personal touch. This experience at SavOn made me feel valued and like I was part of the community, which can be difficult in a large city where people move in and out often. Due to the fantastic team and Ebonys exceptional customer service and relationship skills, I have now moved all my prescriptions to this SavOn and highly recommend them! ”
“ So so friendly and knowledgeable. Can take care of serious business for you like getting refills renewed. Never crowded. Four years and never had an uncomfortable situation just real caring for me. When there is a line I observed they know their customers and call u by name and answer questions promptly. Never slowed them down when they implemented their new system. They are a busy staff but if you need your RX that day and are doing some shopping they can usually have it by the time youre done shopping. Give good advice for overthecounter products. The drive thru can be most convenient for pickup. Automated notice of your monthly RXs availability via cellphone. Would not consider going anywhere else unless I moved out of state. ”

They took it on and fixed it. I have had zero problems since the switch 3 years ago. The staff is SO friendly. They recognize me and know me by name, probably bc I was a problem child . The service and kindness is outstanding. I have moved quite a distance away but its worth the trip knowing how well they take care of their customers.
